This program closely aligns with the WA Curriculum and is designed to give students a strong start in workplace skills and career awareness.

Rapidly bring workplace thinking onto individuals' radar. Teachers remain responsible for delivering the WA Careers and Employability Curriculum. Our program and resources are designed to support, not replace, teachers in effectively teaching this curriculum.

Units 1&2 focus on building confidence, developing employability skills, and understanding how to navigate the early stages of working life. Students learn how to present themselves professionally, make informed career choices, and work effectively with others.

Key Learning Focus:

Exploring Career Options – Identify personal strengths, interests, and values, and match them with possible career pathways.

Building Employability Skills – Develop communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and time management skills that apply across industries.

Workplace Awareness – Understand different work environments, job roles, and the expectations of employers.

Personal Presentation & Professional Conduct – Learn how to present yourself confidently, both in person and in writing, including resumes and interviews.

Goal Setting & Motivation – Set achievable career goals, create action plans, and stay motivated through challenges.

Introduction to Innovation – Explore how creative thinking can improve workplace outcomes and open up new opportunities.

By completing Units 1 and 2, students establish a solid foundation for their future, gaining the practical skills and mindset needed to transition successfully from school to work or further training.

Building on the foundation skills from Units 1&2, students move into higher-level workplace readiness and career management. It gives students practical tools for long-term career growth, deeper insight into workplace culture, and the ability to navigate complex professional environments.
